PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
Mullite silicon carbide brick is a high-performance composite refractory made of mullite and silicon carbide as the main raw materials. It combines the high-temperature stability of mullite and the high thermal conductivity, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of silicon carbide, suitable for harsh working conditions with high temperature, strong scouring and frequent thermal cycling.
Features
- Superior thermal shock resistance: Low thermal expansion and balanced crystal structure effectively resist rapid temperature change, avoiding cracking and spalling.
- High wear resistance: Silicon carbide phase greatly improves hardness and compactness, resisting particle abrasion and high-speed airflow scouring.
- Stable high-temperature performance: Low high-temperature creep, no deformation or structural damage under long-term high-temperature load.
- Good oxidation and corrosion resistance: Excellent chemical stability, adapt to complex furnace atmosphere and flue gas erosion.
Application
Mainly used for industrial furnace key parts requiring anti-wear, anti-scour and strong thermal shock resistance.
Lining for dry quenching furnace, coke oven flue and high scouring zones.
Hot blast stove lower section, heating furnace and high-temperature flue lining.
Tunnel kiln high-temperature zone, boiler and incinerator wearing parts.
