PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
Dense wear-resistant clay brick is a high-density, high-strength refractory clay brick developed for severe wear and high-temperature industrial working conditions. It is made of high-purity flint clay, chamotte aggregate and fine refractory clay through fine batching, high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. With compact brick body, low porosity and excellent structural density, this product effectively solves the problems of surface abrasion, material scouring and structural damage of furnace lining caused by long-term material impact and high-temperature flue gas erosion. It is widely used in the lining of industrial kilns and thermal equipment such as cement rotary kilns, boiler furnaces, metallurgical furnaces and chemical thermal furnaces with severe wear conditions.
Fetures
High Wear Resistance & Scour Resistance
The brick body features dense internal structure and low apparent porosity, with strong resistance to solid material impact and flue gas scouring. It can long-term resist abrasive wear of granular materials and high-speed airflow, greatly extending the service life of furnace lining and reducing frequent maintenance and replacement costs.
Excellent High-Temperature Stability
The product has high refractoriness and load softening temperature, maintaining stable structural strength and complete volume state under long-term high-temperature operating environment. It avoids structural deformation, bulging and cracking of the brick body caused by high-temperature pressure, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of thermal equipment.
Superior Thermal Shock Resistance
With low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal shock stability, the brick can adapt to frequent rapid cooling and rapid heating working conditions. It is not easy to crack or peel under temperature alternating impact, effectively improving the overall integrity of the furnace lining structure.
Good Anti-Corrosion & Permeation Resistance
The dense microstructure greatly blocks the penetration of high-temperature slag, flue gas and corrosive media. It has strong resistance to weak acid and alkali corrosion at high temperature, prevents slag erosion and brick body deterioration, and adapts to complex industrial combustion working conditions.
High Mechanical Strength & Structural Durability
Formed by high-pressure pressing and high-temperature firing, the product has high cold crushing strength and strong structural bearing capacity. It can bear heavy load and mechanical impact for a long time, with stable overall performance and excellent construction adaptability.
Application
Dense wear-resistant clay bricks are widely applicable to wear-resistant and anti-scouring lining parts of various high-temperature industrial kilns, including cement kiln cooling zone, boiler furnace wall, flue, metallurgical heating furnace, chemical industrial furnace and other equipment. They are the preferred conventional refractory materials for medium and low temperature high-wear working conditions due to their high cost performance and stable performance.
