Introduction

Non-stick Aluminum Castable is a specialized ultra-low cement refractory castable developed for aluminum melting, holding, and casting applications. It is mainly manufactured from high-quality refractory raw materials such as silicon carbide, fused corundum, bauxite, and alumina-based powders, combined with anti-wetting additives and advanced bonding systems.

The material is designed to provide excellent resistance to molten aluminum penetration and wetting, reduce aluminum adhesion, and maintain stable performance during contact with aluminum alloys. Its dense structure, high mechanical strength, aluminum melt corrosion resistance, and thermal stability help minimize aluminum buildup, dross adhesion, and surface deterioration during service.
