   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RH furnace chromium-free refractory series are eco-friendly basic refractory products without chromium oxide.

Chromium-free series materials for RH furnaces are designed to replace traditional magnesia-chrome refractories to prevent the formation of highly toxic hexavalent chromium (Cr⁶⁺) during steelmaking. These eco-friendly, highly durable materials are tailored for the severe thermal cycling, vacuum conditions, and corrosive slag environments of secondary steel refining.

Features

Eco-friendly and pollution-free: no hexavalent chromium precipitation, compliant with international environmental protection import standards.

Outstanding resistance to molten steel and slag infiltration: effectively inhibiting slag penetration and structural spalling.

Low high-temperature creep and stable volume: no deformation under long-term vacuum high-temperature service.

Good thermal shock stability: resistant to frequent temperature fluctuation during vacuum pumping and feeding.

Magnesia Zircon Brick

Magnesia Zircon Brick is made of fused magnesia sand and zircon sand and it belongs to alkaline material. This product has high density (Bulk density) is greater than 3.08g/cm3).It also resists alkaline atmosphere erosion and alkaline slag erosion and widely used in glass furnace, regenerative chamber, cement kiln, steel-making electric furnace and non-ferrous metal metallurgy.

Features
High-Temperature Strength

Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance

Strong Alkaline Slag Resistance

Compact Structure & Low Porosity

Good Kiln Coating Hanging Performance

Application:

Magnesia Zircon Brick is used for regenerator of glass furnace.

Magnesia-calcium brick

Magnesia-calcium brick, also known as high-calcium magnesium brick, is a magnesium refractory material. Its main crystal phase is periclase and its secondary crystal phase is tricalcium silicate.

Magnesia-calcium brick uses calcium-magnesium sand as raw material. After crushing, batching, mixing and molding, it is fired at a high temperature of 1550 to 1600. This process ensures that magnesia-calcium bricks have excellent refractory properties and structural stability.

Features

Good high temperature resistance

Superior slag resistance

Good thermal shock resistance

Good stability under high temperature

Application fields

Magnesia-calcium brick is often used in key parts such as the tuyere of steelmaking side-blown converters, the top of open-hearth furnaces, and oxygen-blown converters, as well as in high-temperature equipment such as electric furnace walls and RH furnaces.

MAGNESIA CARBON BRICK

Magnesia Carbon brick is resin-bonded brick made from dead-burned or fused magnesia and graphite. Anti-oxidant is added if required. Magnesia Carbon brick has good performance in thermal resistance, corrosion resistance and spalling resistance. Widely used in converters, EAFs, LF, ladles and refining furnaces.

Features

1) Mg-C brick has high refractoriess
2) high basic slag resistance
3) good thermal conductivity
