Apparent porosity : 18%
Cold crushing strength : 50 MPa
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product Overview
Magnesium-aluminum spinel brick is a high-performance alkaline refractory material. It adopts periclase as the main crystalline phase and high-quality magnesia-alumina spinel clinker as the core raw material. The introduced spinel component forms uniform micro-cracks inside the brick body, which can effectively block and inhibit the continuous expansion of structural cracks. This unique microstructure endows the product with excellent thermal shock resistance and greatly improves the service stability under extreme temperature fluctuation conditions.
Core Features & Advantages
Superior Slag & Alkali Corrosion ResistanceThe exclusive spinel composite crystal structure effectively resists the penetration, scouring and erosion of molten steel slag, kiln ash and alkaline high-temperature furnace atmosphere. It avoids material peeling and damage caused by chemical corrosion, ensuring long-term stable operation of the furnace lining.
Outstanding Thermal Shock ResistanceThe multi-phase crystal synergistic structure can intelligently buffer and release thermal stress generated by rapid temperature change. It effectively prevents cracking, peeling and spalling of the brick body during frequent cold and hot alternation, significantly extending the service life of the refractory lining.
High-Temperature Structural StabilityThis product features extremely low high-temperature creep value, stable volumetric performance and no structural deformation. It can maintain intact mechanical strength and structural compactness under long-term continuous high-temperature load and harsh working conditions.
Main Applications
Widely applied in various high-temperature industrial kilns and thermal equipment that require alkali corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, including:
Non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces
Transition zones of cement rotary kilns
High-temperature working zones of lime kilns
Regenerative chambers of glass furnaces
Furnace roofs and key lining parts of reverberatory furnaces
