   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Mullite insulation brick, also called lightweight mullite brick, is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly refractory material in China and has excellent thermal insulation capacity.

Using imported plate-shaped corundum and high-purity fused corundum as the main raw materials, and adopting advanced ultra-fine powder adding technology, mullite insulation brick is fired in a high-temperature shuttle kiln after mixing, drying, and molding.

Mullite Insulation Bricks have the advantages of high refractoriness, high strength, high purity, excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and low heat fusion.

Due to the low thermal conductivity, mullite insulation bricks accumulate little heat energy and have a significant effect on energy saving.

The Precise Size can speed up masonry, reduce the amount of refractory mortar, save costs and ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, so as to achieve the purpose of extending the life of the lining.

Industrial Applications:

Steel & Metallurgy Industry

In the metallurgical and steel smelting industry, mullite insulation bricks are primarily applied to reduce high-temperature heat loss. They are widely used for the lining and thermal insulation of hot blast stoves, blast furnaces, annealing furnaces, resistance furnaces, aluminum reduction cells and various industrial insulation furnaces.

High-Temperature Industrial Kilns & Building Materials Industry

The building materials industry has high requirements for thermal insulation and corrosion resistance of kiln linings, where mullite insulation bricks are widely adopted. Typical application equipment includes glass melting furnaces, glass regenerative chambers, cement rotary kilns, bell kilns and ceramic sintering high-temperature furnaces.

Petrochemical Industry

In petrochemical production, Sunrise mullite bricks effectively improve equipment energy efficiency. They are commonly used for thermal insulation and lining of petroleum fractionation furnaces, ethylene pyrolysis furnaces, thermal decomposition furnaces, conversion furnaces, heating equipment and petrochemical combustion pits.

Power Generation Industry

Mullite insulation bricks are extensively applied in the power generation industry for boilers, industrial furnaces, waste incinerators and other key equipment. They significantly improve the thermal insulation effect and operating efficiency of power generation facilities, optimizing the overall operational performance of power industry equipment.
