Description

Fused Cast AZS Ramming Mass is a high-performance, monolithic refractory material expertly formulated from crushed high-purity fused cast AZS aggregates, premium synthetic powders, and specialized high-temperature binders. Engineered with a finely optimized particle size distribution, this chemically bonded monolithic material is designed to create a seamless, impenetrable, and highly densified refractory lining upon ramming and thermal curing. It serves as the ultimate protective monolithic barrier or leveling layer in glass melting furnaces, particularly deployed beneath AZS paver blocks to prevent bottom metal drilling and joint glass leakage.
