Introduction

Fused AZS Block Grinding Powder is a high-quality zirconium-containing refractory raw material mainly composed of alumina (Al₂O₃), zirconia (ZrO₂), and silica (SiO₂). It is produced through electric fusion, crushing, and fine grinding processes to obtain a stable fine powder with controlled particle size distribution.

The material features a dense fused structure, low impurity content, stable chemical composition, and good resistance to glass melt corrosion. With its fine particle size distribution and good processing performance, Fused AZS Grinding Powder is widely used as a fine matrix component in the production of AZS-based unshaped refractories and other high-performance zirconium-containing refractory materials for glass furnace applications.
