Bulk density (Kg/m3): 350, 640, 950
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
Ceramic Fiber Pressed Sheet is a high-performance ceramic fiber insulation product available in standard-density, medium-density, and high-density grades. The product can be manufactured in thin sections, with thicknesses available from 1.6 mm, to meet different insulation, sealing, and processing requirements.
According to customer requirements, Ceramic Fiber Pressed Sheet can be produced as hardened sheets with enhanced mechanical strength or hydrophobic sheets with water-repellent treatment. The water repellency of hydrophobic sheets can exceed 98%.
With excellent mechanical strength, good machinability, low thermal conductivity, low linear shrinkage, smooth surface, uniform thickness, excellent thermal shock resistance, good chemical stability, and strong resistance to airflow erosion, the product is suitable for various high-temperature insulation, sealing, and thermal protection applications.
Sunrise provides different types and specifications of Ceramic Fiber Pressed Sheets according to different application requirements and processing needs.
